We loved the hotel's location on the seafront with easy access to nice local bars. Additionally, the hotel facilities were very clean, including the parking lot we could use with our rental car. The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had an incredible stay at a hotel located right on the lake front, providing an excellent view all day. the rooms were clean and airy, with fresh linens and comfortable furniture. the breakfast was top-notch, with homemade pastries and bread, and a lot of fruits to choose from. the lobby was warm and inviting with large windows, and the staff was friendly and polite. the location was central with shopping and cafés all within walking distance.

We did notice some worn-out carpet on the stairs which could use a replacement.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with great views, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and a convenient location right by the ocean promenade. The staff even provided a Thermo bottle with hot water and free parking for our rental car.

I had a great stay at a nice comfortable hotel in Puerto Montt. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and quality ingredients. The staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive, making sure my needs were met. The location was also fantastic, with shopping, cafes, and the ocean side walkway just a short walk away. The lobby had a warm and inviting atmosphere with beautiful ocean views. Although the room had a few minor issues like paint chips and dodgy taps, it was spacious and had a nice view of the seaside from the high floor. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and wonderful breakfast.

They made sure my stay was comfortable and that all my needs were met. the location of the hotel was also great, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. the room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the bay. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. the hotel amenities were also great, especially the fitness center.

There were a few negative aspects too, such as the outdated decor and furniture in the room. It could definitely use a renovation.
